At Opulent Beauty, we want to ensure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not, we offer a 3-Day Return Policy on all unopened and unused items.

Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
  • Unopened and unused
  • In the same condition as received
  • Returned within 3 days of delivery
Return Procedure
  1. Contact our customer service team within 3 days of delivery to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide a reason for the return and confirm the item is unopened and unused.
  3. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our team.
  4. Ship the item back to us within 3 days of receiving the RMA number.
  5. Once we receive the returned item, we'll issue a store credit for the full amount.
Store Credit
Returns will be issued only in store credit, which can be used towards any future purchase. Store credit does not expire and can be used at any time.

Exceptions
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance" are not eligible for return.
  • Items that have been opened, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is delivered to us safely.
